. Carefully assessing supply chain options, liaising with distributors and building trade marketing strategies of strong momentum.
. Advising on the optimal split and utilisation of physical and digital channels, along with the necessary requirements, timelines and retail tactics.
. Helping with the oft-overlooked details around metadata and profile management for our artists and labels.
. Adapting music products to complementary forms of art (e.g. films and theatre), commercial milieu (e.g. advertising) and events (e.g. exhibitions and fashion).
. Consulting artists and labels on potential media platforms across creative sectors, best suited for their unique products and artistic identities.
.Providing support with registration of composition and recording rights with relevant music collection societies, neighboring rights administration, negotiation of synchronisation deals, and advising on publishing and recording contracts.
